Total Weight Loss Since Jan 1st – 10.8 lbs.
It is not uncommon for me to have a week where I pretty much maintain all week. This was kind of one of those weeks although today was the first day that I was up and it happens to be weigh in day. So up .2 lbs is not a big deal to me. I will be back down again within a couple of days. I thought I would share with you my graph where I chart my weight each day. I started in January, but wasn’t charting for a while and have been on the ball since mid March with counting every step of the way. So here is what my weight loss has looked like in 2010.
