It turned out to be a much better week for weight loss than I thought. I was kind of back and forth between 269 and 270 range and was hoping to be on the 269 side today. So I was a little surprised to see it drop to the 268 area. Yes, I weighed myself multiple times to make sure it was consistent. So I am very happy with that number this morning. Now I will be looking to reach the 260 mark. So far it has been really nice to feel a difference in the way my clothes fit me. I need to buy a smaller belt, but don’t have to buy smaller clothes yet. Although I would rather not have to go spend money on new clothes, it will be a good reason to have to buy some new stuff. I am also loving that it has been warmer and I have been getting more exercise outside working in the yard. I don’t feel like I have to jump on the elliptical every night possible. Little by little this is working quite well for me and soon I will be able to wear some shirts that used to fit me, but I won’t give them away.
Exercise and strict dieting can do magic if you are trying to lose weight. I did a lot of cardio just to lose weight.,”"
WAY TO GO HONEY! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! You have worked so hard to get to this point and I hope that you are enjoying seeing the results. You know that your wife is! You just keep going and counting the calories and working out! I am glad to see that you lost even though we had ice cream twice this week! Way to stay in control and not go too far from what you are suppose to be doing. I hope that you have a great day! BTW, I am down .6 this week too. Love you tons.
