Here are my results for this week.
Current Weight – 277 lbs.
Previous Weight – 276.2 lbs.
Total Gain – .8.
Two weeks of gain in a row is not helping me, but I am not getting discouraged. I still feel like I am getting my act together, but it will probably feel that way for a while. The clothes are fitting well and we are making progress. I hope to start making bigger jumps in the coming weeks. My goal is still to be down to 250 by March 1st. 1 month to go.
