Friday Weigh In Week #2

Here are my results after the first week.

Current Weight – 275.0 lbs.

Previous Weight – 279.4 lbs.

Total Loss – 4.4 lbs.

Not too shabby for a week where I have felt out of routine. I worked 2 days from home this week which could have led to more snacking than normal. The carpeting was installed in our basement on Tuesday, so I have access to using the elliptical machine again, but have not made time to do so this week. I have been getting exercise moving furniture around in the basement and I also shoveled some snow last night. So I haven’t been completely lazy in the exercise department. I haven’t been as aggressive as I could be on counting my calories, but am doing a decent job of watching portions and such. I am very happy with my results this week. If I can keep up this pace until March 1st, I should be very close to meeting goal #1.

    Good job, Chris! I hope you'll take some before and after pics, if not to share at least for yourself. Way to go!

    Hey congrats on your first week's results! With the first week under your belt and seeing results it's easier to be more careful about what you eat and about getting exercise in. I always focus on cardio for awhile.

    I am rooting for ya man. 4.4 is awesome. Keep going and soon it will be 10, then 15 and so on.
